Jakob and I had a double pleasure today, not only did we get to play with our friend Mikkel Find for the first time in almost two months, but we met Nick, and his trumpet. It was only a jam session really, but still worth my getting the old Zoom H4 out and recording it as this sample proves:

We’re planning to have a quintet session when Christian can next make it!

It can be very difficult to find rehearsal space in Copenhagen, here we see two fine young jazz musicians who have clearly burrowed into the walls of the canal to make a cave to rehearse in.
